Discipline
Found out that University life requires a lot of discipline.. Most of the time, you're on your own.. Must listen well during lectures, and clear all doubts during tutorials.. Apart from that, you need a lot of discipline to do self-study..
After 2 years of National Service, I think my level of discipline has increased.. Had a long 5 hours break in between lessons today.. If it was me of the past, I think I would have spent the 5 hours slacking away.. However, I managed to complete quite a few of my tutorials during this break.. Managed to do some catching up too.. Apart from lunch, I spent the rest of my time in the library.. Was quite amazed by myself that I could actually do my tutorials for such a long period of time.. Maybe it was also because I try not to bring too much work back home.. Yea.. But I guess overall, my level of discipline has increased.. Maybe my discipline is still not at its max yet, but at least it's improving..
Hope that this level of discipline will stay with me as the days go by.. Yea..
